How It Started
It was 2014 when a graduate student, Mr Pankaj Yadav, decided to enter an Indian startup and launched his first-ever start-up, Truetech Services Pvt. Ltd. Mr Yadav’s business idea was unique, and he was sure that the people would like his business idea. It did the same, and in a few days, people liked this unique idea and adopted it.
It was not so easy for Pankaj because his house’s financial condition was not right, and to deal with his financial situation, he had to start a job at a young age. Pankaj started doing jobs only when he was 14 years old. His first job was that of sales executive, in which he was getting only Rs- 4500/- monthly, which was less for Yadav’s to meet his family expenses, so he kept switching his job.
Meanwhile, he realized that there are a lot of organizations that want to grow their business, but due to the expense of buying laptop/desktop and mobile, they cannot entirely focus on their business. What was it then? He invested his complete savings and borrowed funds from his relatives to buy 20 systems and leased them, and their start-up started to pick up slowly, and today, in almost 7 years, this organization has more than 7000 products. Truetech now rents not only laptop/desktop or mobile but also rent printers and UPS.
TrueTech’s service is entirely transparent, and here every employee always thinks about the satisfaction of their client, which is why Truetech has thousands of clients today. Some of this organization’s significant clinics are ITC, ALW, Axalta, Capital First, Senseable City Lab, Blue Pi, City Furnish, McLane and GIC Housing Finance LTD, Tagbin Intellemo, Flooop, 3D Logic. He started his start-up alone with 20 devices, but today Truetech has a team of 20 people and more than 7000 machines, and the company has a revenue of about 7.2 cr annually.
Mr Pankaj says every business has its own and unique challenges. Still, all of them face one common one: renting IT equipment, appliances, and electrical devices. Because these products disturb the organization’s budget and put some extra liabilities, renting these products is a better option. He further added that the devices’ demand is regularly updating, and this can be touch for the business organization to change their old inventory and buy a new one.
